I finished a few days ago JT's World by E. Alan Fleischauer. It was action-packed with full-bloom characters. It has profanities but it fits into the narrative which themes are gunfights, violence, and killings, but there's a plus- romance. I gave 5 out of 5 because I found just minor drawbacks that never detract from my overall enjoyment of reading.

I just finished reading “Purpose: Design a Community and Change Your Life”. This nonfiction book is about building online groups of people who come together to work on a common goal. It’s a very inspiring book, and I rated it 4 out of 5 stars.

More Tales for the Midnight Hour by J.B. Stamper - 7.5/10

Always a bit tricky trying to rate a collection of stories. While I enjoyed some a lot more than others, I like her writing style. There's also a good amount of variety. It was cool that two or three stories were set in the past. My favorites were one about moths and another that felt like a well captured fever dream that starts on a beach. I would get more books from this author.

The last book I read would be Other Ever Afters: New Queer Fairytales by Melanie Gibson. I'd rate it 4 out of 4.
It's a graphic novel taking typical fairytale formulas and flipping them on their head, showing the cruelty of royalty and the kindness of monsters. Very few straight and cis leads.

The last book I finished was Harrow the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir and I rated it 5 out 5 stars. It was very confusing but I loved the intrigues and the characters. I can't wait to read the sequel!

Just finished House of Hoops by June Gillam. I rated it 5 out of 5. Excellent book and storyline of Hillary Broome. I can't wait to read the next book in the series!!

The last book I read was Mark Victor Hansen, Relentless by Mitzi Perdue. I gave it a 5 out of 5. The compilation of stories wasn't really my style, but I enjoyed learning about how Mark grew his Chicken Soup for the Soul series to popularity and all of the other things he did. There were so many things I didn't know about. For instance, Mark was a speaker to life insurance salesmen before he became a writer.

Haven't picked a new book yet, but I've been rereading parts of Mindful Birthing by Nancy Bardacke to help me with my pregnancy.

It's A Dream for Peace by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah. It was an informative and educative read. I came to Google Cote d'Ivoire country because of President Houphouet. I'll never know there was a country like that before I read the book. I learned the histories of African nations back in the 1950s to the 1980s. I gave it a perfect 5 stars.

I just finished Donny and Mary Grace's California Adventures, a children's book. It was a harmonious read for me. Thus, I rate it 5 out of 5.
