Words express feelings, words fly between people similar to the pages, everything can be forgotten, the answers react to the thought, regardless of whether they arrive from an ebook, from a book, from a conversation.

I like paperback books, they fit better in my hands, and I can hold on to them however I want without worrying about the hardness of the hardcover book. But hardcover books can be very beautiful depending on the books

Actually I love both. I don't select, but most of the time, I go for paperback because it's sometimes cheaper than hardcover. Mine is just to read and understood.

I prefer paperbacks since they're more affordable, but I appreciate how hardcovers resist spine cracking. Overall, I lean towards ebooks, though!

I like being able to toss around and fold up a paperback, especially if it is a favourite book and I've read it more than once - I believe that "worn" look is quite romantic and is a testimony to how you love it. On a first reading though I'll refrain from folding up any pages or damaging the spine.

However, I collect Penguin Clothbound Classics and those are hardcover. I think more "beautiful" books tend to be bound hardcovers.

It’s a hard battle but wallet always win!
Though in future I would like to think that I will be financially comfortable enough t to buy hardcovers! :D

I prefer paperback, although I'm starting to read more books online. Paperback means I can read on the beach, in the garden, miles from any internet connection (you get the picture :D .)

Paperback for me! 😃I'll usually buy hardcovers when they are discounted to a better price, sometimes the pricing for hardcover books is just...😵

I honestly like both- if it is one of my favorite books I probably own it in both hardback and paperback because I usually start with paperback and then get a hardback book if I love it and it has a cute cover.

Originally thought paperback, but then read a hardcover and loved how easy it was to hold one handed. Price usually dictates what one I go with.

The choice between paperback and hardcover books boils down to personal preference. Paperbacks are portable and budget-friendly, while hardcovers are durable and often preferred by collectors. The decision depends on your reading habits and what you value most in your books: convenience or longevity. Ultimately, the format matters less than the enjoyment you derive from the content within.
