Why not BOTH? I LOVE reading a book from cover to cover and the ability to hold it in my hands, but there is something to be said about audiobook as well. I love that I can listen to a book while I’m driving or doing chores, so that I can stay productive but still listen to the story.

I tend to stick with audiobooks as I can get chores and other menial tasks done while listening to whatever I want to read. There are occasions where I will seek out a physical copy of a book, but it's usually after listening to it as an audiobook. If I find I'm wishing I could highlight certain things while reading, that's usually when I start seeking out a physical copy instead of relying solely on the audiobook for my enrichment.

Both have their place! I love a physical book, but if I can get the audio version sooner of a story I really want I will. I’m also in the stage of life where my kids are little and I’m on the go a lot so audio allows me to still read while getting everything I need to done in a day.
