I'm really loving the the way The Hobbit has been developed into a movie...even with the changes that have been made to the story, it still works nicely.

I have yet to see "The Desolation of Smog," and can't wait! I've enjoyed all the J.R.R. Tolkien movies thus far. He wrote a couple of other epics I'd like to see made into movies one of these days, too...

One of my all time favorites was A Time To Kill by John Grisham. Great book and almost as great a movie!

I gotta say the Harry Potter series. I think the movies were pretty good and overall true to the books themselves. I've also enjoyed the The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit movie installments.

The Bridges of Madison County - Meryl Streep was the perfect choice for the main character. I loved the book and loved the movie even more. After seeing the movie, I re-read the book twice after seeing the movie.

Wonder by R.J.Palacio is my favorite book which is always my favorite movie. First, I saw the movie and I liked it. Then I got to know about the book and I bought it.

It is probably going to be heavily criticized, but I think that the Harry Potter books were really well developed for the 8 movies that were made. The books were really fun and I would pick the books over the movies any day - but as for the development of the movies, I have seen worse done. Especially with spitting the last book into 2 movies, they were able to include a lot more detail that would normally be left out.

Angels and Demons by Dan Brown. Though I never liked entirely the movie, it was a thrill to go to the movies and see what you imagined.
