I still remember the time I read"Kenilworth. A historical romance novel by Sir Walter Scott" in the middle of the night until the early hours of the morning. Finished the book, got ready and left to take my competitive exams... Those were the times I was such a reading freak when I used to count the number of books I finish a week to reward myself with new ones

However these days it has also been about the time that I can spend especially around work and family.. though every now and then I can still dedicate some sleep time

interest
motivation
necessity
knowledge of background info
AVAILABLE TIME
Where a novel is concerned, I like to live it so it tends to take me longer, and fitting it in with the rest of life is more difficult now.

But it shouldn't matter how long it takes to read a boo, it should matter that you enjoy it and have fun reading it.

I once finished a book in a single afternoon. It was pure entertainment and very light reading.
