How many unread books do you own?

Not many, at least not mine. Aprox 20 books, although my parents have plenty that I have never read. When talking about books, I use to buy them just before reading them, so I try to avoid exactly this.

I try to keep the number of unread books near to zero. However just before holiday time (when I know I'm going to have lots of time to read) I go to the local charity store and load up with a dozen or so new (to me) titles.

I inherited my dad's library, he had a little over 900 books at the time of his death, and all the books were in the genres of War, Finance, Politics, and Espionage. I still have a little over 300 books left to read. But if I think about my digital library, I don't think I'll live long enough to read them all.
