Have you ever read while taking a bath?

Absolutely, it is the most relaxing place for me to read...aside from my reading nook. I can get into the book and then suddenly realize the water is cold.....obviously it has been longer than I thought haha

Nope. I prefer showers. And even if I took baths I wouldn't because I'm overly protective about my books.

Yes and I have to admit to even taking my phone and reading on my Kindle app in the bath - very risky!!

I have tried once, but I didn't want to get the book wet. I also ended up being in the tub longer than I expected.

Drives my partner insane because I'll stay in there for god knows how long with a book lol

I have never read while taking a bath. I've thought about doing it when I'm older. I really don't like taking baths though. I'm also really clumsy so I would be too nervous that I would drop the book in the water and ruin it. Also evertime I've taken a bath I always slip around. I can never stay in one place. I would end up slipping and drenching my book in the water.

Reading in the bath is one of my absolute pleasures. I felt compromised when I started reading books on the kindle though because I procrastinated about whether I should allow myself to read the Kindle in the bath in case of accident. In the end I decided to go for it because life is too short, and it would have affected my reading habits not to!

To me the sign of a good book, is one whose pages are wobbly from the steam of a bath!
