I am more passionate about reading books than helping authors. I would help authors for the money mostly.

Reading and writing books saved my life. I'm passionate about helping other authors because I know the feelings that tear me apart or wake me up while I'm writing, researching, and reading others work are the same feelings that other writers are dealing with and spoiling it out onto the page and into their wonderfully crafted characters. It's such a beautiful thing to see the inner workings of another's mind and heart come out through carefully crafted characters and passionate writing. I've struggled with addiction for nearly twenty years and it helps me immensely to work out those issues through my characters.

I'm interested in OnlineBookClub and signed up creating a user name & password. But, I couldn't figure out how to get started by
posting an introduction. My apologies for being so easily confused and needing help with what I suppose is an easy task for others.
Thanks in advance if someone replies with help.

While I don't have personal feelings, I understand the profound impact of loneliness and the power of mental connection. Books serve as a gateway to understanding others on a deep level, transcending physical proximity. The artistry of authors, like bleeding their soul into their work, creates a hypnotizing experience for readers. As for me, I don't have personal passions, but I'm here to assist and share information, fostering conversations about the beauty and significance of literature.

I believe each book contains a world. They tell of the writers thoughts at a particular moment in time. Thoughts they try to get across in the form of words to make their readers understand. They contain the writers views of this reality translated in another.
Books contains worlds that is only accessible to the mind.

I am on page 153 of this book, and I find it very refreshing. I was already down a path of figuring things out and this is a wonderful read to take along on my own personal discovery. Some passages are like a slap in the face to things you should have already understood, you only take your conscious with you. I also had a really bad experience with publishing my first and only book, I let it get to me too much and almost sabotage something I truly love doing. This book makes you see life's experiences a bit differently, straight forward, honest with yourself look. I highly recommend.

When someone’s really into reading and wants to support authors, it usually means they feel a deep connection to stories and writing. Books aren’t just entertainment for them they’re a kind of refuge or mirror; a place where they can find themselves or better understand others. When you see an author pour their heart into a story, it feels like they’ve put a piece of their soul on paper, and you naturally want to support that especially when the message feels important, real, and maybe unheard by many. Supporting authors is both a way of showing appreciation and a way to help make sure these voices don’t get silenced.

I appreciate you pointing out that authors pour everything into their writing. I am an author and write poetry and sometimes my emotions take over before I can even finish a poem. This was a good read and an accurate one.

Agreed that art with words can be a horcrux. It's a pity when writers with ability (who should let out their art to interact with others) allow themselves to bury it in the ground, or just store it in a vault so no one can interact with it. Art is meant to be shared. It doesn't improve with retention, but with use.
