Hi :)

The most reccent I've bought is In Cold Blood - Truman Copote

I also got Of Mice and Men - John Steinbeck.

In truth I have so many to get around to, buying new books is compulsion bordering obsession. :)

Behind the Scenes at the Museum by Kate Atkinson. I love her work! I bought it for next to nothing at a secondhand book stall at the market. I buy a lot of books secondhand, I can't resist a good deal. I really should support the authors more though. I'm planning to buy the non-fiction book I'm currently reading soon, as it's my work's copy and I'd love to have my own.

I recently purchased Unwind by Neal Shusterman. It's a great book, I highly recommend it. I give it a 4.5, it's the first book out of a trilogy. It's a book set in the near future where technology has advanced greatly. Unwanted teens are given to the government so their body parts can be harvested to people who need them. Somehow the government keeps you alive no matter what's left of the original you. The childern can only be harvested if the age ranges from 13-17. The teens try to revolt against the government or try to survive until their 18th birthday. As previously stated, it's a really good book and my review is just a little snip out of the real thing. :D

Looking at everyone's comments, mine is going to seem pretty shallow. I mentioned in another thread that my guilty pleasure reading is by Victoria Holt. And of course, was in an antiques store when I spotted one of hers I haven't read, and had to have it. I don't even know why! Anyway, it is Snare of Serpents. Will I redeem myself if I mention my buy before that? Oh snap! I think that was Victoria Holt too....

The last book I bought was Kiss By Ted Dekker and Erin Healy (I think I spelled that wrong). It is one of his books I didn't have yet and needed to add to my collection, though it's starting to get harder to remember which ones I have or don't have.

I bought a couple books as well. I find myself going into the bookstore every time I get paid and usually drop way more money then intended. I bought Stephen King's The Gunslinger. An Edger Allen Poetry pop up horror book with 4 of his short stories inside. I also bought Wild Invitation by Nalini Singh.
