What one thing disrupting your reading annoys you the most?

This!! During school, I'll be reading, and someone will just start talking to me. I try to respond with a nod or "yeah" and go back to reading. What gets me is when they keep continuing to talk, even when I start reading again. Let me read in peace.
Also, when people tell me I read too much and try to take my book away?? They don't like it when I tell them they're on their phone too much and try to take it away.

When my phone goes off! It's so disrupting. I saw another thread talking about turning your phone off when you read and I think I'm going to try this next time.

People around me that keeps on telling me
"Go out and get some "real" friends"
"Go out and enjoy the sunlight don't just sit there with your lamp and books"
"You won't be Einstein by reading those books"
They're annoying, really.

My son, "mom!" is the one thing that disrupts my reading that annoys me the most, in addition to loud sounds (noise).

My kid brother is always a pain in the ass. Anytime he sees me reading an interesting book, that's when he would want me to play with him. And if I oblige, he will wail and roll on the floor. Gush! It's frustrating!!

My own unnecessary worries. Esp. when I'm aware that it ain't no good to waste time worrying about something so small

(When I allow myself to put it into perspective after some time, I finally realize I was being such a worrywart!) I can't focus esp. on fiction. Can't afford to sympathize with all those imaginary people struggling. It just feels far, far away. I find myself caught up in my own small world. Luckily, I haven't had this problem for months in a row. But when it happens, it's a real downer
