I love reading because:
1. It helps me escape from the troubles and pressures of this world and take me to a different world where the abnormal is normal, the impossible is possible.
2. It keeps my imagination active unlike idleness or manual tasks.
3. It gives me more insight on the author himself.

I love reading because it is an escape from reality, even if just for a little while. Growing up, reading was not encouraged in my household, so I never developed a habit of it. I used to prefer watching movies instead of reading books. However, one day a friend suggested we start a book club and read together. To my surprise, once I started reading, I couldn't stop. I found myself wanting more and more. Since then, I have developed a love for reading and can't get enough of it.

Because it enriches my vocabulary, among other things. I love being able to use many different words to express even the simplest of emotions. It's riveting

I’ve experienced a lot of life trauma and it’s always been my relief. I always tell people that it’s hard to think about your own life when you’re in a separate world. It’s my coping mechanism and has saved me in more ways than one. I hate whenever I go through periods of not reading, but being a graduate student and working full time makes it hard to stay consistent. It really breaks my heart! 💔

I like reading because it's an escape from reality. I love being so drawn into a book that I become the protagonist and travel through their eyes. I love escaping to another world.

I fell in love with ready about 10 years ago when I started a business. I love reading self help books and marketing books, I found them so exciting to learn from other people. Recently, I started reading psychological thrillers, mystery, and romance and found it to be so relaxing and escape from the busy and noisy world around me. There is nothing better than finding a book you just can’t put down!

I enjoy reading because it opens me up to see, think, ask myself questions and communicate better. I have come to appreciate a lot of things in my life through every book i read, especially philosophical books.

For me, books are an incomparable treasure trove of knowledge and insights, a way of connecting with all humankind and discovering who we are and how to change the world. I've learned so much reading and continue to learn more. "Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it," as the famous quote goes. Every human being has something important to say, we should never underestimate how important the knowledge we can gain from each person is. I heard a person say they knew someone who would write notes even on what children said in church and gain incredible insights on what the children had said. I want to learn all I can and that means I need to read, I love knowledge so I love to read.

I started reading as a child because I didn't like myself or my life. I didn't have a bad life, and these days I like myself quite a lot, but as a pre-teen I struggled with the insecurity that plagues so many people at that stage. Reading a book, especially a fantasy epic with much higher stakes than my little life, let me escape my own anxiety and live a different life for a while.

I don't need it for that as much as I did as a kid, but it's still nice to escape into a book after a long day of work.

I love reading because it brings me a sense of joy and relief. It helps me relax and just step out of reality for some time. If I start reading a book I enjoy, I might finish it in a couple of hours. It also brings me a lot of knowledge and helps with my language and speech skills.

Reading helps me to relax and unwind. It also transports me to a different time and place as well as helps me to understand different perspectives.
It stirs my imagination, provoke thought and brings alive the stories of so many people.
It is the bridge that connects what a writer creates and intends and what the reader understands and experiences.

I truly enjoy reading cause it's a way for me to escape into my own little world especially reading science fiction novels it's just out of this world and I find I enjoy it a lot and at times the novels are actually a way to attain knowledge and some especially memoirs usually have important lessons on the life of the author's and how successful they are even though at the beginning it was also hard them it gives me strength, courage and hope to chase my dreams.
