No way, much too afraid the book with drop into the water. Then there's the turning the pages with wet hands.

I have. It is not something I do often for fear of getting it wet. But yes it is more relaxing to read with in the bath.

I used to read in the bath but it got annoying when I had to dry my hands before each page turn. I loved reading in the bath. It was so relaxing. If only someone could come up with some sort of table or book holder for the bath. Oh or have some sort of slip on for the book to make it waterproof.

I have! I have a few problems with it though. It seems so relaxing in my mind, but then whenever I do it I'm terrified I'm actually going to drop the book in the water and destroy it-- not a nice feeling! I also feel like my arms get really tired but if I lower it it would go in the water. So I have, but I feel like it's never as nice and I think it might be.

No I haven't. I am always afraid that I will accidentally drop the book and it will get soaking wet. I mostly listen to music when I am taking a bath.

On occasion. I've learned that the best way is to prop my elbows on the side of the bathtub, which keeps the book well away from the water and means I'm only lifting it with my lower arms.

No, I'm a shower guy. Plus, I would be afraid of getting the book wet (which would make me mad) or dropping it in altogether.

Sounds pretty relaxing. I always take showers though so this wouldn't work.

Every time I take a both just to relax I have a book in my hands and a towel on the floor next to the tub so that I can dry my hands to turn the pages. I have learned my lesson about trying to read an e-book in the bath however.

ALL THE TIME!!! That is how I 'get away'! When dinner is over and the kids are all riled up, I leave them to dad and escape to my oasis, book in hand!

I love baths and I love books, but sadly the two do not mix. I need to be completely submerged in my tub and the book cannot join me. But I know it will be there waiting for me when I come out.
