Dear Blonde Nicole:BlondeNicole wrote:jenniwhittaker wrote:I am always interested in what people are reading right now.... I always read something for fun and something to learn from.
I'm reading a very steamy sex novel by Jackie Christian
called "Todd Brady--Football Star."
Trust me, if you want to LEARN something, this book will
teach you stuff.
You may never go to Heaven for reading it,
but this book will teach you something. lol!
Last night I read her book "The UPS Guy" (ladies get that one!)
and whenever I don't feel like "heavy, serious" books, find myself loving these smart little sex books. They are SMART now!
Astak is starting a new eBook Store (website) next week. We make eBook Readers and now will launch the eBook Store. We are going to have Romance/Erotic as a category. Can you tell me, please, how women feel about graphic sex in prose? Is it a definite "want" or something a little short of graphic. Where is the line now? I know what men like; but I really would like your opinion. This is NOT a joke or a come-on. I really want to know. We do not want to be too tame!

Now reading An Instance of the Fingerpost by Iain Pears. I'm trying to find out if this author is actually an American. So many America writers move to the UK & pretend they are English, Irish, etc. or at least hint that they are. Pears bio just starts out saying that where he went to college & worked. Everywhere I looked it was the same. That's how I got suspicious about some others & they were originally from the US. I'm an American myself, but I just want to know. For some reason it's important for me to know where an author was actually raised.
