It all depends on the book. I have read a 500 page book in a day before but it was very good and I was very bored. However most 500 page books take me 2-3 days to read. Also a 1000 page book would probably take me twice as long to read. About a week if the book is good.

As I usually read in bed before going to sleep, it depends on my enjoyment of it. Boring to the point that I'm rereading the same line because I'm falling asleep, 7-8 days. If it's taking all my willpower in order not to sneak a peak at the last chapter, 3-4 days.

It would take me a day. I can read a book very fast if I am really into it.

I'm the same. It takes me a day or less to finish a book. Though if I've been wait to read a book for a while, I try to stretch it out for a few days to make it last.

It really depends on the book. I am a pretty fast reader, so I could get through a 500-page book in a few hours if I wanted to (and if I had the time). However, the book would have to capture my interest. Also, some books tend to be "lighter" than others so a book with a heavier subject matter would take me longer.

Really depends on the kind of book. 2-3 days for a lighter fiction read (maybe only one day if I didn't have a lot else to do), but more like a week or 10 days for heavier nonfiction or really dense fiction.

Well, it depends.
If I'm super into it, it would take me a couple of hours.

I can be a really slow reader at times. I think the longest it has taken me was a month and a half to read a 500 page book. Other times I can finish one in two weeks. It seems that when I am reading a book to write a review I tend to read more slowly because I am afraid that I will miss something important. If I had more time to devote to reading I could probably read a little faster.

I agree on holding your interest, good author, good story, no. of pages, irrelevant, I do love a long novel, smaller the print the better, if it's a page turner or just a great read, Pillars comes to mind...
