Romance, Paranormal and Mystery. I will venture into any genre as long as it's interesting. I absolutely love books that have twists. It really gives my brain a workout and gets me excited and thinking.

Totally agree, if it's a good story I'm all for it. I do have my favourite genres though, Horror and Young Adult.

Right? Most people would go to a specific genre section in a bookstore while choosing books. I would go to all section and pick up any books that catches my eye. Which is why I tend to stay in a bookstore for at least 2 hours at one time...haha

I read a lot of romance and chick lit books. I also love mystery and memoirs and historical fiction. Lately, I've been reading a lot of paranormal books in honor of Halloween.

I read in so many different genres that it's hard to say. I enjoy historical fiction, romance, mystery, thrillers, etc. Recently I've been reading a lot of memoirs.

I like reading classics. I feel like they lay the foundation for issues that can then be explored more deeply by contemporary authors.

I used to read fiction, much of it by Eastern European dissident writers.
Now I read exclusively nonfiction - especially history and natural history.
