The worst thing is when someone talks to you as you read and try to understand the meaning of the book. Basically, any sound or noise drives me crazy. That includes music and television and anything else that emits sound.

I sing along to music. That's right, sing along while reading a book. Music doesn't bother me, but ransom noises (talking, dogs barking, phones, etc.) really distract me.
