It really depends on the length of the book and what is going on in my life. I read usually 2 books a week and if it is a quiet week maybe 3. Sometimes though I listen to audio books and they take longer. I would have to say I read at least 100 books a year or more. Interesting question and I think I will keep track for a year and just see.

It depends on the timing. Usually it's around 4-8 books a month... but some months it's a book a day.

I think I usually read 100+ a year...but it really depends on what's going on. I seem to go through spurts of reading a ridiculous number of books in a couple weeks and then languidly reading a book a week for a while and then shifting back again. When I was in school, if I counted the books for my classes, I think I still close to that number.

I read 35 last year. My goal wad 25, so i did well. MY goal this year is 30. In only at 8 so far, so i should easily meet that goal. I love to use goodreads for keeping me on track in the reading challenge. There are some people on there that have read OVER 100 already! I don't know how they do it.

It really depends on the books and what is going on in my life. Last year I read 150-some books, coming out to an average of 3(or so) per week. Yet because I've been dedicating so much of my time to reading this year, I'm averaging about 4-6 books per week.

I have an aunt though who only manages to read about 1 book per month. She always feels bad about it but she's extremely busy with work and being a mother, so I don't judge her for not being able to read as much as I can. It all depends on a persons responsibilities (oh, and reading speed). :)

Last year I read 120. But this year I'm slacking because of our new blog. We've been busy with other things.

I average two books per week, for pleasure. Add to that one book per month for real life book club, three to four professional journels and one or two hobby articles.
Adventure...one part stupidty plus two parts perseverence....yeah, that's me!

I try not to set a numerical goal; instead I have a master list of all the books I want to read over the year. Current number: 45+
