My favorite reading spot is out on the deck of a beach house that my family used to rent. I'd sit at the table with the big umbrella and a comfortable chair. If it was morning, I'd have a cup of coffee. In the afternoon, I'd drink a glass of iced tea. I'd listen to the sound of the ocean waves and then dive into my book!

I don't think I've found an ultimate reading environment yet, I like to read anywhere just as long as I have a book with me. I'd say my dream reading environment is my own nook, though.

My ultimate surrounding would be home alone on the couch or in bed with a cup of coffee and some snacks. No distractions around me.

I often read lying in my bed. It's wonderful.

I can read just about anywhere and I enjoy it. But I think a nice coffee shop with comfy sofas and muted conversations in the background is pretty ideal

When i was a kid it was in the top of the old oak tree in my dad's homemade p.o.s. deer-stand. Nowa-days, in my chair at night when the hubby and kids go to bed... There's some nights I'm up til 3-4am saying just one more chapter!

On my lounger in my peaceful garden in Croatia. Could not be more blissful. The only sounds are nature and I am fully immersed in jaw-dropping beauty. Can be distracting, though!
