No you are not the only one. I do it sometimes at the beginning of the book when I'm worried that one of my favourite will die

I do when the book is too boring to read so I skip to the end.

I have a bad habit of doing the same thing. I usually only peak if I'm not particularly enjoying the book and want to decide whether to finish it or not. I also occasionally check the ending if the book is really good and I can't stand to wait and find out what happens!

Sometimes. Normally if I'm enjoying a book I won't even think about peeking at the end, however, if I'm not enjoying a book, I am much more likely to skim or just read the last chapter.

I used to when I was little-especially Harry Potter. But I always felt so guilty about it I stopped by the time I was about 13. Now if it's a really good book I'll just read it as fast as I can to get to the end and then go back and read it again more slowly to get the details. Again, I only ever really do this with series that I'm already into.

Even if the book is terrible and I have zero desire to finish it, I would still never look at the end of a book. For me the enjoyment is not getting to the end of a book, but the journey through the pages.

Yes of course!
ALmost everyone I know does it because it's just a way to connect the dots after you finish the books for me!

At first, I didn't, but my mom got me into it. She always skips ahead and says it keeps her interested. I started to do and now it's a horrid habit.

I have a couple times when I was still reading paper books, on an ereader this would be a bit harder to accomplish, so I never have.

Never, never, never. My husband suggests sometimes that I skip to the end but I wouldn't think of it. That would ruin the whole book for me.

I usually don't want to spoil the ending for myself in a book unless I can't finish it for some reason. I like to keep it a surprise! Although sometimes my eyes dart to the end of a paragraph and I see a huge spoiler :D

I have only a couple of times scanned the end of the book to see how it was going to end. But to me it ruined the whole book. You have to build the story and earn the reward of the ending, in my opinion.

I think I've done it maybe one time, and then started obsessing about the book while reading it. It took the entire focus away from me and ruined it for me :(. I'll look at the number of pages quite often but never the story.

Once when I was a child. I regretted it. It's like fast forwarding to the end of a movie or reading a spoiler alert online. I never did it after that one time. I love a surprise ending!
