My books usually go back on my shelf when I am done reading them. If the book was really bad, then I'll either donate it or sell it. Sometimes when I have no room on my bookshelf, I store my books in the garage. Also, if I haven't read a book in over a year, I'll probably reread it again, so I won't give them away.

I don't do anything with books when I'm done with em, they continue to reside on our kindle and my phone physical books go right back where they were, in piles on the floor
