I actually read multiple books at the same time  They tend to revolve around the same topics so it allows me to have a bigger picture approach when learning new things (especially self-development).

For novels, I tend to skip a week to allow myself some breathing time and for me not to mix up stories or characters.

Most of the times I read more tha one book in parallel so I don't have a delay between books.

I usually read more than one book at the same time... But if I really loved a book, it's often hard for me to move on to a completely different book so I will just try and find books from the same author of read fanfictions.

Unless I,m currently reading another book, I rarely wait before starting to read a new book. What would be the reason for waiting? I am too curious to just hang around with a new book without reading it. But funny thing, I can't read two books concurrently, unless maybe am studying a course at school. I'm systematic like that. I finish one book before getting onto the next one.

Depends on how much free time I have. Sometimes I immediately read a book right after I finish with one. Sometimes there are days in between books.

I will often start right in on another book- especially if it's in the same series.

Sometimes I’ll start a new book within the same day. However, if I finish a series, I won’t start a new book until at least the next couple of days.

When I was younger, it used to be the opposite for me. If I've just read a book I liked, I used to wait before picking up a new book otherwise the new book would feel like a 'rebound book' like a rebound relationship.
Now I'm usually simultaneously reading many books so I don't wait at all after finishing a book, good or bad.

Not at all, usually. I go from finishing one book to starting the next one within a day or two.

As long as it takes me to find another book I'm interested in. I'll read a new book less than an hour after finishing one!

Immediately. If I don’t have a book at least removed fromy TBR I feel like I’m forgetting something.
