There is a very long book in my first language named 'Fikir Eskemekabir'. I think the translation is 'love until death' I don't exactly remember the its pages number, but it might be my longest read.

The first book from the Creation’s Bane series by Kevin Sinclair. It is called God of the Feast and has 1172 pages.

I think Maia by Richard Adams would be one of my longest at 1062 pages.

Not focusing on number of pages but rather the story line itself, i would have to say "The Valley of Amazement." This book should have been titled "The book that Never Ends."
