No I use a book marker or a piece of paper if I can't find the marker.

I do not dogear pages. It damages the book over time. Literally ANYTHING can be used as a bookmark.

Occasionally I dogear my books. It doesn't bother me, I like to say it gives it character. I also use random thinks to keep my place like gum wrappers, a flower the kids may pick, candy wrapper, soon, a twig if im outside reading just about anything.
