I keep it or highlight some quotations that I like out of it. By the way, when I purchase a new book, I put a date on it and some dedications on the title page.

After reading a book, I reflect on the author's plot and make it mine like if his or her character do this or said that, then what if they said or did this.
I also share it to other readers in my circle.

I start recommending it to everyone if I liked it, or I just start convincing everyone not to read it.

I keep it on myself just in case I want to reread it (which is something I always find myself doing anyway)

It really depends on the book. Since most of books I read I genuinely and whole heartedly enjoyed I would talk about how amazing it is to my family -much to their annoyance. Adapt or copy some of the characters traits and manner of speaking. Or sometimes I cry or question life especially if the character died. That basically what I do and sometimes when I get the chance I recommend it to others.

It depends on the book. But for the most part, I keep it to myself so I can come back to it. I'm fond of lending my books to trusted friends when I really like the book though

I sell it on eBay, but most of the books I read are ebooks.
