What's The Last Book You Added To Your "To Read" List

I currently have 850 books on my to read list  . I am constantly adding new books based on recommendations. I add new books almost daily but obviously these are not the next ones I read…heck it could be years before I get to the new one's, lol.

I just added:
Turn of Mind by Alice LaPlante .

"Is the perfect murder the one you can't forget or the one you can't remember?
Dr. Jennifer White, a brilliant former surgeon in the early grips of Alzheimer's, is suspected of murdering her best friend, Amanda. Amanda's body was found brutally disfigured — with four of her fingers cut off in a precise, surgical manner. As the police pursue their investigation and Jennifer searches her own mind for fractured clues to Amanda's death, a portrait emerges of a complex relationship between two uncompromising, unsentimental women, lifelong friends who were at times each other's most formidable adversaries."

Me too! So many books and so less time! But I can never stop myself from buying more books.. my tbr pile just keeps growing. But it's just so hard when your at the bookstore , to not pick a book up .. way to tempting! The last book I added would have to be the ocean at the end of the lane by Neil Gaiman !

I know the feeling of finding yourself swamped by your TBR pile! Lately I've worked on reducing mine and it currently sits at: 34 books.
My list of books I want, is at: 101 books.

It's just so hard to resist the pull of buying another book when you have the money!

Natchez Burning by Greg Iles. I looked at it in Barnes and Noble a few days ago, and it looks like an interesting read.

I only recently started such a list, when I discovered Goodreads (An absolute godsend!), but for what it's worth, the latest to be shelved as to read was Bridge of Birds: A Novel of an Ancient China That Never Was.

Broke down and bought the sequel to Runes that I just finished... so the next book is Immortals.
Also left a not-so-cryptic message on facebook for my family to see that I really want Amazon gift cards for Christmas, so I'm hoping that I will have some extra cash to spend on books this holiday season.

The last book I added to my to read list was the third installment of the Arcana Chronicles, which isn't published until either later this year or early next. Either way, I've read the other two and they were pretty good.

I added Will Starling by Ian Weir this afternoon. It's set in London in 1816 and is a mystery involving detective work by a surgeon's assistant. I seems to have mixed reviews, so i'm not sure what to expect. I'll give it a try, though.

I've recently added the Maze Runner trilogy to my reading list :). Ever since I saw the movie it really impressed me and made me want to read the books since the movie had me intrigued since the beginning of it.
