I cannot multitask while reading - even listening to music distracts me.

I'm used to multitasking while reading. I can read, listen to music, watch the news on TV, eat and do some walking as well!

I can, but I prefer not to. If the book is too boring, however, I keep checking my phone from time to time.

I generally like to completely focus on what I am reading. However, I can knit or watch videos while I am reading as well. I just do not enjoy it.

I like to walk on a treadmill while I read, though that is about the extent of what I’ve tried to do. Audiobooks, however, allow me to accomplish a good number of things that don’t require a whole lot of brain power.

A little bit of multitasking is possiblecbut to do a proper read means reading and nothing more or less.

Yes, I love to read and listen to music when I am at the gym. It really passes the time.

Nope, I can't multitask while reading, if I do something else, I won't be able to concentrate on the book.

The only way I can multi-task while reading is when listening to an audiobook if that counts. That's one of the reasons I love them, though - you can listen when doing other activities or when traveling.

Nope, if I'm reading, I'm reading. All the multitasking is focusing on what the book is about, painting the scene in my head and concentrating on who is speaking at that moment.

I have to multitask if I'm going to get anywhere in a book, especially during quarantine. I'm a teacher, so I usually have a book open next to me while I'm grading or sorting papers or waiting on an internet page to load.

I tried walking while reading one time...it ended badly, haha! I like to sit quietly and completely immerse myself in the story.
