Enid Blyton stories I loved The enchanted wood series.
My all time favourite was Hundred and one Dalmatians. By Dodie Smith. I still read it today.

Interesting enough despite the books coming out as I was a child/teenager they never really appealed to me, I think when the first one came out I was already reading older books and more in depth magical/fantasy books such as Lord of the Rings. I also had no friends interested them where as most my friends loved Lord of the Rings and we always enjoyed talking about it together.Melissa Best wrote: ↑21 Feb 2023, 16:49 I know it's a simple and probably common answer, but for me, it was the Harry Potter series. It was the series I had read outside of school, and was a longer format than others (like children's books) so I was able to get a much more fulfilling experience than I'd ever had before.

That definitely does not sound like a childs book! What is the series about?Samantha Castanyares wrote: ↑26 Feb 2023, 20:19 "The Mindf*ck Series" of S.T Abby will forever hold a special place in my heart.

As an adult I can’t say just one in particular because I’m so in the moment of each book I read

It is all about a serial killer who seeks revenge to those who wronged her. Also, it is mixed with the intrigue of romance. Be warn though, it is too graphic and it's on the POV of the serial killer.Jack King 2 wrote: ↑02 Mar 2023, 11:25That definitely does not sound like a childs book!
