I actually have a series that I reread frequently. The Descendants, The Calling, The Unbroken, Descendant of the Damned: A Dark Lighters Novelette, and Children Of The Gods. I also read the vella episodes that dive into the background of individual characters. All of these are by Destiny Hawkins.

Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. Its portrayal of God's redeeming love towards sinners got to me.

I reread Dushka Zapata's books a lot. they are amazing self-help books in the sense that they are not preachy and just let you find out about yourself and your feelings on your own. Her "love yourself and other insurgent acts", "how to draw boundaries", "demote yourself", and "the love of your life is you" are my favorites.

I tend to return to my beloved Harry Potter books. J.k. Rowling's style of writing and how she so flawlessly describes her story will forever have me reading.

I read The Secret Garden almost every spring. That and Harry Potter keep circling back. It keeps my inner child awake. :)

I've read Between Shades of Grey over five times now, I've only had the book in my shelf for a year or two. I just always find myself coming back to it when I'm looking for a comfort read despite the heavy topic

I rarely reread books since there are so many, but whenever life gets too stressful I reread Jane Austen’s novels. They are like my comfort blankets. Some books just never get old not matter how many times you reread them, like age old friends.
