Have your reading habits changed since joining OBC?
My habits have not changed that much, but I discovered authors I had never heard of before and am really enjoying them. Also, my "To Read" list gets longer and longer every day...

Mine have changed quite a bit.
Being an active part of this community, and especially the bookshelves, has pushed me to try new things, and to rediscover old loves.
Before I started adding all my past reads to the bookshelves, I'd forgotten how much I loved memoirs (I'd only read two at that time).
So yes...my reading habits have changed, and I'm happy they did

When you put it that way, I guess mine has changed as well. Like you I also try new things and rediscover old loves.

Definitely and for that I thank DATo, Gannon, Maud, gali, Redlegs & many others of you for directing me to books and authors I probably would not have encountered otherwise. My shelves are now bulging with new friends and I need planning permission for my TBR list.
Happy Easter & if you don't subscribe to Easter a very Happy Chocoholic Day to you

I would have to say exactly the same thing. I have been introduced to some amazing books, mainly from Fran and Maud, that I may have missed otherwise. Joyce Carol Oates and Jasper Fforde spring straight to mind.
Happy Easter.

I may be a little different than everyone else... I usually keep busy reviewing books (which I get for free, bonus!

) so I don't usually actively search out new books. However, I've noticed that the honest reviews here on this site help me to decide whether or not I would enjoy a book, and if I want to read a book I REALLY want to read it!

I do both (reviewing and looking for new books).
The reviews here are helpful indeed.

It's hard not to, isn't it? Everyone's just so excited about books, it's hard not to get hyped up as well!
Unfortunately, as a poor college student with absolutely $0 in the budget for book-spending, I find it hard to search out books knowing that if I'll just be upset if I can't find it in a local library or on a free trial download.

My reading habits have changed somewhat. If anything I find myself torn between reading the series im currently in on my kobo, or reading others reviews and book I'm reviewing. I feel like I'm going to have to print out a schedule so one isn't neglected!! Lol. I'm also seriously enjoying discovering new authors! I think my budgeting for book buying binges will have to change?

Mine have changed from reading the reviews on OBC and I appreciate the ratings as well.

I've found I'm using my e-reader much more often since joining OBC. It's just so dang easy to read a review and then buy and download the book with one click!
