I like collecting books. The hardcovers look nice on the shelf, and it is easier to take care of them. Either one is fine. I just like having the physical book. Most of my reading is done on my phone or tablet these days.

Hardcover is definitely my favorite. As a person who hates breaking the spine of books- or that dreaded "floating cover" that happens with paperback books- I always choose hard cover. It also just feels more official in a way

I am neutral for both too. It is the same unless content does not matter.

I like the feel of hardcover more, but they're expensive.

I prefer paperback because they are cheaper and pliable.

I think the paperback ones are great because they are cheap and also, much easier to handle. The hardcovers are great to the look and feel but I think I would prefer paperbacks whenever there is an option.

Either one is fine with me, as long as at the end of the day I have my book.

I love hardcover copies, but the paperback copies are ok too. Lately, I have been reading on my iPad or phone; however, if I genuinely enjoy the book to the point I want to reread it, I buy a physical copy of it in whatever is available.

Paperback anytime! It is easier to read with and to hold.

I prefer hardback for both the look and the durability. Unfortunately, I tend to go the cheaper route and get paperback. Paperback tends to form creases or splits in the book, which I find annoying, but it contains a story, which is really all I truly care about.

I prefer hardbacks since they're more durable than paperbacks. I often use the books that I have with a frequency, so hardbacks are useful to reduce wear and tear and prevent me from having to buy another book!

Hello, I buy mostly paperbacks since they are cheap, but when I really like a book than I can buy hardbacks too.Hardbacks stay in shape better and are able to handle wear and tear.

Both is fine. Paper back is easier to handle but can tear easily; hard cover is harder to handle but is more durable. What matters for me is the content of the book.
