I am Self Publishing a book and want to know if anyone knows any people that do book reviews?

You might want to try going to Amazon.com. There are people there who read and review lots of books--some specializing in a particular genre. You can contact some of them to see if they'd be interested in reviewing your book. You may also want to contact some of your local newspapers. They may be open to reviewing work from local authors.

Also, you may want to read through Plug Your Book by Steve Weber. This is where I got the Amazon suggestion from. It might be worth your while to read it, as it gives some really good suggestions for writers marketing their books.
