So in terms of a physical book, I'm re-reading the Harry Potter series and am currently on the Order of The phoenix. On this platform however, I'm reading You, The People By Pablo Digenio.

I am happy to announce that I have joined my first book club and my first choice for the group was to read "A Gentleman in Moscow" by Amor Towles and I could not be happier. I am a huge fan of historical fiction and beautiful imagery. My significant other and I are also expecting so we have been reading a chapter every night of "Hunt, Gather, Parent" by Michaeleen Doucleff.

I am currently reading Children of Time by Adrian Tchaikovsky. This sci-fi exploration of newly terraformed worlds is a mind-blowing look into how humans may once colonize other planets for survival. So far I am thoroughly impressed with Tchaikovsky's attention to detail and creative descriptors!

I just finished Alice in Wonderland for the first time. I found an annotated edition and was able to make it through it, finally. Although the commentary definitely helped with understanding the historical and cultural references/context, I'm still convinced Carroll was high on something when he wrote this. :eusa-think:

I am now starting on the Shannara Chronicles, the first book in the series being "The Sword of Shannara". I read a few pages of "The Elfstones of Shannara" before realizing it was actually the 2nd book, so starting the first one now! :-)
