1) Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton
2) Becoming Supernatural by Dr Joe Dispenza
3) The Alchemist by Paulo Cuelo
4) Breaking the Habit of Becoming Yourself by Dr Joe Dispenza
5) Daring Greatly by Brene Brown
De Joe Dispenza’s book taught me to require my brain and body to become my healthiest self. Dr Bruce Liptons books have influenced me in a similar way, but deeper in that my thoughts are more powerful than I originally realized. Brene Brown’s books have influenced me in a positive way because it changed my perspective about some events that happened in my life - they happened for a reason and it taught me how to be even more grateful for the small things in life. I love many of Paulo Cuelo’s books because they are short, sweet and influence you to step outside of your mental box.
