I love reading books because it gives me space to be engrossed in my own free world. But writing a book I express whats in my mind and I also get to link with other people and by expressing positive opinion or motivating them.

Really, there are several ways to connect continents, and even planets, but there are no bridges to connect two people. We are looking very close each other physically, infact no bridges are enough to join people mentally.

A book is a reflection of a writer's mind, it shows how he or she sees evil or good character and the way he or she deals with it. If a writer spoils the ending of a book or not for me, it will make me feel bad or good about the story than the author. A writer can twist a story by playing with the readers mind and directing it anyhow he or she wants, that is powerful. I don't want someone to have that level of power over me. I make myself a co-author and change what I don't want about a story in my mind to suit myself.
If you are having a bad day, let people see that you are having a good day...Spread good vibes, people are going through a lot already. :tiphat:

I am passionate about books because once, I found this book in the basement of my school. The vice principal was throwing several books in the trash. Brand new books! I told her I can not stand by and watch this without taking them home. When I did, I read a quote in the front of the book that changed my life as a teacher and writer. It said, "reading is one of the most complex activities known to man, and its complexity is invisible. I began to study and examine what reading really was and questioned whether we are actually teaching reading if it was so complex and invisible. I wanted to contribute to the understanding of reading and make the invisible visible through my teaching and writing. Books are the key to entering an invisible world if we teach and awaken children's excitement to enter it.

I have been brought up in a conservative close family. I was not even allowed to go outside because of the danger of being lost, abducted and etc etc. Everything that parents being obsessive (really caring) think of to protect their child. Thus my only solace were BOOKS. Any good book I found and here it's all read and done and myself feeling a new character inside me. Sometimes I was a princess, sometimes I was a lovely daughter, sometimes I was a heart stricken women and sometimes I was an elegant lady.
Books have shaped my whole life, my every face and every color is because of what good I have learnt in books. So we should allow other people to feel that good feeling that books want to give us

Being an author is being connected to nature, it is spiritual. So helping this is helping our spirit.

You have a great thought and you have said it well; the world of writing and reading is the world of our minds. Writing is in fact, the art of our mind! We use it as the tool to translate the thoughts, ideas, and dreams from the threshold of our imaginations to design, create and shape the world in which we live today. This is how knowledge had transform and how we have advanced this far..
In this digital era, there is a new world advancing in our minds through reading, writing and communicating digitally. And I think what you said is true and it is happening; we humans are creatures of the space of our minds, although we exists in our physical forms, there is much to explore mentally in the space of our thoughts, ideas and dreams.
a musical mind!

A book to me is more like a good friend, it feeds me with information where Internet is not accessible, it helps me grow empathy , it keeps me company when am alone and most importantly, a great source of reliable information and source of power through the knowledge gained.
And for an author to take his/her time, energy and resources to serve such, deserves support, appreciation and acknowledgment for the good work.

I love this! Totally agree that the author is painting their art through words. It is such a joy to be able to get lost in the worlds and stories authors create.

I agreed with such à view. Because, the world we livein is the stadium in which the realities of thoughts within the mind and matter of the universe conjoined together in which ordinary peoples are unable grasp its picture in the intellect. But authors are brilliant individuals who can able to understand what the world of matter, humans and of their thought. Beyond this they can able to taste the venomous aspect of life and connect it into the consciousness of the others by the means of coherence. Therefore, encouraging authors are valuing theirs dedication to their work and time that must be supported.

I am passionate about books because you can lose yourself and become one of the characters. When
I was in eight grade and on up when I was writing that story became me.

It is my childhood habit to read books. My father who is also an avid reader loves to bring periodicals to us when he got home from his office. I always anticipate that. I wish that I am a book reviewer ever since. When I started book reviewing in this website, my respect for this craft heightened. I am very impressed that a number of editors for just one review is needed for this. I don't know that there's some kind of technicality for the sake of helping the authors and the readers. I'm glad to learn a lot of things and I want to be a better book reviewer.
