How to publish health book?

hi i am a high school wrestler and i have created a diet that totally works and is really healthy, id like to write my own diet book and was wondering how to go about doing so? would i need some sort of doctor to review the book for legal reasons? what type of legal issues would i need to take?

Perhaps start by consulting with the authors of the relevant books. Nowadays, you can ask them about their writing process and journey. You might also need credibility like formal education, training certifications, or the like.
