It often happen, because books have the power to fully immerse us, sometimes even without us realizing it. That's what I love about reading.

I have to admit...Yes. Yes, I do ignore people when I'm reading a good book. This is not an issue at home since I have my own reading nook. Also I think having a boyfriend who is also a bookworm helps.

I do especially if it's a hard cover. I mean you can tell I'm reading as much as you would tell if i were listening tp music on my headphones. :hand:

I don't do it intentionally but sometimes I get so absorbed in a story that I lose all sense of time and my senses just shut off. I wouldn't know somebody was there unless they physically touched me. However, I also have asked for people to wait so I could finish the page I was on and then talk or do whatever else needs to be going on
