The spirit of want by William H. Coles. I gave it a 3/4 stars. Also the Point of view employed by the author added intestity to the novel. Even though the main character was more of the antagonist I still loved it. :D

Remarkably Intact by Celia Belt. This is a very inspirational memoir of how Belt turns trials into triumphs. I rated it 3/4 stars.

The Arrangement - Kiersten Modglin
3/5 stars

The first part about the husband-wife relationship and their struggles was good. You had an inclination where the story was headed. Too many plot twists crammed together towards the tail-end of the story spoiled it, in my opinion.

The Alchemist - Paulo Coelho
4/5
Interesting for people who want to get glimpses of what the ancient art of alchemy is all about, it really takes you into the realm of alchemists, it's not bogus, it really has some alchemical and universal truths in it, so do not disbelieve what you read in it.

Just finished Young Americans by Peter S. Rush. Although I didn’t think I’d like the book that much, I ended up really enjoying it. It’s the story of Tommy Logan; a young drug dealer who is looking to make loads of cash. He meets Harry who introduces him to international smuggling. Can he keep up ?, What does he stand to lose?. All of these are the questions that’d go through your mind as you read the book. I rate it a 3 out of 4 stars!

The last book I read was Birthday Girl by Haruki Murakami. Although the book was wonderfully written I'm not a fan of open endings. I rated it 3 stars.

The last book I read was Alice by Christina Henry - a dystopian version of Alice in Wonderland. I would rate the book with a 3.5 out of 5 due to addictive nature of the author's writing style that kept you turning pages even late into the night. The dark and seedy topics involved in the tale such as sex trafficking, rape, violence, magic, revenge, and mental illness make this book appropriate for adults even though it is labeled as a Young Adult (YA) text. I would have rated the story higher but the ending was somewhat disappointing due to an anti-climatic resolution to the main conflict, which understandably left the audience more inclined to read the sequel.

The Fox by M.N.J. Butler.

It's about a son of a king of Sparta, a secret and tons of history and politics as well as some mention of battles and war. I can't remember my rating exactly, but I'd give it 3.8 if that were possible. I think I rated it 4 out of 4 stars.

The last book I read was Rediscovering the Wisdom of Human Nature by Chet Shupe. I gave it 4/4 stars for being a must-read exploration of the missing link essential for obtaining, and how modern civilization has destroyed, true happiness.
