The last book I read was Deeper than the Dead by Tami Hoag. It was brilliant. Full of mystery and suspense. I will give it a rating of 4 out of 4.

I finished reading Nichomachean Ethics by Aristotle. It was very illustrative and clear on what he explains as ethics, morals, virtue and how all mix on the search for happiness, which is a mistranslated word used for the achievement of oneself. So virtue is always in the middle of 2 opposite senses, like temerity and cowardly, which is bravery. My only complain is for our current society who would treat ridiculously any being daring to live a virtuous life nowadays. 4/5

" The Dead Zone" by Stephen King. As usual, I doubt if you can go wrong with Stephen King. I admire the way his characters are so relatable and their horrific lives made believable, like the events in the book could really happen...that's the most scary thing about him. He makes you believe that the 'monster' in the closet is really there and you should run...or turn the page :D

Finished Divergent by Veronica Roth. I felt the constant use of cliches have deprived me of the capacity to enjoy anything else (if there was) these book had to offer me. That united to the amount of plot holes that went unanswered made me decide not to continue the next books on this series. Too bad, cos the initial premise was actually good. 2/5

The last book I read was The Tales of the Seventies! It is a collection of short stories and a novella. I enjoyed most of them but I found myself getting bored with some stories.
I rate the book a 3/5

The Sojourners, by T.L. Hughes. Not for young readers because it is pervaded by references to the politics and music of the eighties- that is why I only gave it 3 stars. A nice novel of rite of passage from teenage to maturity with lots of beautiful descriptions of places in Europe.

The last book I read was 'To Kill a Mockingbird' by harper lee. I wanted to try a few classics but I felt like this one is a bit over-rated, or maybe I expected it to be more dramatic, and complex.
Imagine if we had no secrets, no respite from the truth. What if everything was laid bare the moment, we introduced ourselves?

The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller
I give it 4 out 5 stars

I love this book's writing style so much. It made me to keep on reading it. Secondly, I would also like to note how well written the characters in this book were. This makes the novel stand out more, as it doesn't have boring main characters.

Finished The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoevsky. There's a crime, a motive and a lot of introspection about why and who would kill another man. Although this was an awful human being, mind you. Patricide will always shock mankind no matter the age, I guess. I loved it! It's a little long, but totally worthy. 5/5
