And thanks for the reminder that I really need to update my bookshelves on here to reflect what I am actually reading. My Kindle is fully loaded right now! I've read from five different books today!

The last one I finished was The Speed of Light by Elizabeth Rosner. I rate it a 4/5! The plot was a little slow for me, but the characters and prose were lovely.

I just finished reading Bluewater Walkabout by Tina Dreffin. It was such a good read, especially since I’m no fan of Memoirs. This one got me.

Starboard Eight - a good enjoyable read and surprised to find from a first time author. Rated 4 out of 5 and 3 out of 4.
We've longed to see the roses, but never felt the thorns
And bought our pretty crowns, but never paid the price
Find me in the river, find me there
Find me on my knees with my soul laid bare

I read that a couple of weeks ago, really enjoyed it as well. I’m hoping the sequels come up for review and if not I’ll purchase them separately to read!

Just finished reading Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, and I give it 3/4. The writing is immaculate however, the romance is lacking.

I just finished reading Sister B. It was an excellent historical fiction based around WWII. I learned lots of interesting facts about Japan trying to bomb the west coast of the United States. I was not aware that this happened until I read the book. The book gave me the incentive to look up this piece of hidden history. A very fascinating piece of history for the Oregon area. :techie-studyinggray:

I've just finished Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi. I'm currently writing the review. It's going to be 3 out of 4 stars, though, due to numerous errors and formatting errors.

The Inner CEO by Jeremy Blain.

I gave it a 4 out of 5, as it was really interesting and useful for my leadership practice, but became a bit repetitive a few times. Great non-fiction for anyone who wants to thrive at work.
