The language is simple and reads quickly. I recommend it to all women who have sisters. It would be a display of black humor to give this book away for a birthday too. 4/5

The characters are well structured, and the plot is linear with no way to get lost. This, added to a simple language, makes the pages turn quickly. There are not many pages either, so I recommend it to pass the time.
The racial theme that started strong at the beginning, did not have a major development at the end of the story and, for that alone, I was disappointed. But if we focus on the main figure of the white girl living in a black house at the time of segregation, we may be content with the ending.
I still think a good opportunity was wasted to develop the racial story that was left unfinished, but the other story wasn't bad either. 4/5

Up to that point, the story was well constructed and had enough mystery points to read to the end. I didn't really like the characters at all, but they were coherent and convinced me until the final part that gave the second unnecessary plot twist.
Anyway, it was entertaining until that. I recommend it for those who like mysteries and crimes. 4/5
