I usually just read normally. However, if it's a particularly engaging scene, I catch myself peeking over to the next page to see what happens, then scold myself for doing so lol

I'd call myself a fast reader. I can read through many books in a few days' time. I do however pay attention to detail as I read through and book mark parts of the book that I feel need to be re visited.

I'm the kind of reader that, when finds a good book, has to finish it the quickest way possible. I'm also a picky reader that gives up books when I don't like the personality of the main characters or the way everything is handled, or even if found too many typos (more in Spanish since it is my native language), and I tend to read the whole paragraph or even go back many chapters if I'm not understanding something.

I don't usually regress unless I don't really understand what I'm reading.

It depends on the book that I'm reading. If the book doesn't retain my attention and interest, I usually just skim until I get to the part where it gets interesting enough for me.

I am the kind of reader that wants to understad every single word, so if I don't understand something, I go back and read it again and again, until I do.

I never skim or jump bits in the book, I kind of feel like I'm cheating if I do that. I don't know if that makes sense? I don't really reread a paragraph unless I zoned out (which usually happens if I'm reading a book that's hard for me to follow), in which case I do go back and read what I didn't register the first time.

I am a fast reader. I don't skip pages or paragraphs. I usually finish one book a day if the book is interesting and fascinating. Also I'm a night reader. I prefer a beautiful writing style over all the other factors in a book.

I think I'm a fast reader but I'll occasionally re-read some paragraphs. I tend to make markings with pencil sometimes too - I'll underline new words, or mark some sentence that I found really profound and maybe scribble my thoughts sometimes too, but it has to be in pencil and really lightly so I can erase it out if I want to in the future and I don't damage the book.

I will call myself a fast-reader. But, I do re-read few of the content when I do not understand. Also, I re-read when there is something beautifully written, so I take my time to think about it.

I am quite a fast reader. I tend to go back to parts that I did not understand and read them again. If it is very important I read a bit slower just to make sure I don’t miss anything.

I never skim or write in the margins of my books. I usually just read at a normal pace and go back to reread if I catch myself not retaining anything.
