I have read some books in Tamil language. It's is very easy to get connected with the book in your native language and it can easily provoke your feelings. Though, I know two languages English and Tamil, I prefer to read in my mother tongue Tamil. But, the books I have mostly read are in English.

I can read in Igbo. I just wanted to say the language is not as rich as English, but I remembered it has a lot of commonly used proverbs which are really, really funny. Anyway, it's easier to read in English.
