Pretty much, yes. When I'm away from University I love to find the time to read as much as I want without worrying about homework or school or anything else. I basically sleep, eat, go to the restroom and read. Those are my holidays hahaha and I enjoy them very much.

Yes I do! Though I try to read everyday as much as possible, I read way more when I'm on holidays. I enjoy reading a lot when I don't have anything to do, it helps me focus and ultimately feel happy with myself.

I always take a book and my kindle with me. If we are going on a road trip, I read in the car. That way, I don't have a heart attack because of my husband's driving. lol Usually when we go on vacation, he takes the kids to the pool daily. I don't go because I am allergic to chlorine. Instead, I have some quiet time to delve into a good book.

Not at all! I'm always occupied during the holidays and even though that's what I'd rather be doing, I still have too much on my plate to be reading just yet.

I don't have holidays, reading is just something you squeeze in wherever you can.

I love reading a lot during holidays. Since there's no routine or pressing need for doing my job or duty, my time is mine alone during the holidays. Except when I have to attend to my family.. I prefer Kindle during travel. Else I read with both Kindle / paperback.

Ooh yes I do read so much on holidays. Books are my best friend and I can't see myself finish my holiday season without reading countless books. They are my best companion.

I love how holidays give me the opportunity to read! During the semester I hardly get enough time, but while on vacation I can sit and read all day.

Actually, I find myself reading the least while on holiday. I don't know why, I usually like to explore, visit museums, do fun activities and by the time I reach the hotel, I am already too tired to do anything else but sleep.

A bit ashamed to say this on a book forum but if I'm on holiday, I'm there to enjoy the sights and live in the moment, not read books haha. There's always time for reading at home.

I typically always have a book stashed away in my bag whether I'm traveling or not. I'm a bigger fan of physical books over ebooks, but I do rely on my Kindle when traveling via plane. Anyone who's ever tried to take lots of books with them when flying knows about those pesky weight limits. I also like how I can read my kindle during night flights without having to turn on the overhead lights.

I usually work all holidays, as I am in retail, but the ones that I do take off I have to bring books with me. If I am on vacation I typically bring 4 to 5 books for 5 days. I might not read them, but I want them there in case!

I always read on holidays. Often it is the only time I can read. It helps to have multiple books and a kindle to bring with me.

I suppose I can read a lot during the holidays, but my "reading mood" doesn't coincide with dates. I read when I want to.
