Yes it can be a struggle to find just the right position to get comfortable enough to read. If your sitting straight up you tend to not be as comfortable or relaxed. And when lying down you can be too relaxed and start to fall asleep. This is definitely the case with me. I find that a position in between sitting and lying position helps. You can have your feet up allowing for good blood flow in legs which keeps them from getting cramped or causing lower back discomfort. You are comfortable but not to relaxed and this should help in getting longer more productive reading time.

I prefer sitting up to do a good read.I have a tiresome schedule and so for me lying down means sleeping.

I like to change position and get up for a snack after so many chapters when I'm reading during the day. But before bed, I like to recline and read for a bit to help myself relax before falling asleep.

Oh boy! That is a difficult one. It's very difficult to kind the most comfortable position to read in. I mostly prefer reading in bed lying down.

I can read anyway. It mostly deepens on my mood. Sometimes I sit in my favorite chair, sometimes I read in bed.

When I'm in the comfort of my own home and bed, I prefer to lay down and read. I'm more cozy and relaxed that way, which allows me to better immerse myself into a story and really enjoy it. However, since I can't expect the same comfort when I'm outside or just not at my home, I don't mind having to read sitting up.

I cannot read lying down, this just creates weird headachy type situations. I mostly read on my sofa with my legs stretched out.

Laying down if you're in bed and the story is in a steady rhythm, but when the action starts to pick up I situp and sometimes even pace!

I can read just about anywhere, but lying down seems to trigger something in my body telling me to fall asleep. I prefer to read sitting up-on the couch, in the car, at my desk, anywhere as long as I stay upright!

I generally start sitting in a comfy position on the couch, but I often move to the bed. I like to take a break and walk outside if possible to get some fresh air and stretch my muscles. I kinda wish I had a giant beanbag to read in! :reading-4:

I read these online ebooks very well, and can sit at the desktop for long periods of time.

I normally read laying in my bed, but sometimes read sitting in a chair with the book on the table when I´m getting tired because it keeps me more awake

I have to sit up somewhere comfy. If I lay down the consistency of the reading pace makes me tired. So if I’m trying to use reading to help me fall asleep then I guess I’ll lay down, other than that, up I sit.
