One I always liked was Stars and Stripes Forever. It was based on the life of John Philip Sousa. I believe Sousa's wife wrote the book, I never read it, Im sure they changed it in the movie. But its still a good flick, Clifton Webb gave one hell of a performance as Sousa.
"I planted some birdseed. A bird came up. Now I dont know what to feed it." Ramblings of a retired senile mind.

Fried Green Tomatoes is like my top favorite! I read The Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks but I have not watched the movie yet! But I'm sure it's just as fabulous as the book!

Mine is Marley And Me.
(To be honest, I have NEVER read the actual book, which I am planning on).
I ALWAYS cry at this movie and have to hug my dogs for hours afterwards! :D
It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you do not stop.

Twilight and the rest of it's saga.
Words from the page makes the movies play in my mind so I don't need no stinking TV

I haven't read many book/movies - I usually don't like them because they seem to leave stuff out!
But Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks
