The Handmaid's Tale, a sequel
I know it seems like a long time to wait, but I figure it'll give everyone plenty of time to reread the original novel.

Yes, it’s exciting news! Margaret Atwood's sequel to The Handmaid's Tale, titled The Testaments, will dive back into Gilead fifteen years after the first book's ending. It’s supposed to reveal more about the society and different characters’ perspectives, but it doesn’t follow Offred directly, which adds a fresh angle. And I agree, it's the perfect excuse to reread the original and really immerse ourselves in Atwood's world before The Testaments comes out! Definitely looking forward to seeing how she expands on the story and themes.gregs317 wrote: ↑28 Nov 2018, 15:35 Hi, have you all heard the news? Margaret Atwood recently announced that she is publishing a sequel to The Handmaid's Tale, set to be released in September 2019! I think it's real exciting to finally learn what happened to the title character 'Offred'.
I know it seems like a long time to wait, but I figure it'll give everyone plenty of time to reread the original novel.
