Ugali/nshima/fufu

Some of you may not be familiar with these African dishes but I assure you that if you give them sometime you'll like them.

Those who do know these dishes and like them please comment on which side dishes you like these foods with.

Is it ugali with bean stew? Or nshima with fish stew or fufu with some chicken stew with plenty of vegetables

I've tried ugali and fufu before and really enjoyed them. I can't remember exactly what I ate them with, but I believe it must have been a fish stew?
