Easy Tuna Pasta Salad

Quick and easy dish for kids at home.

2 cans Flaked tuna in oil or water (drained)
2 cups Pasta (elbow macaroni)
1 can Green Peas (drained - 425g)
1 tbsp Lime juice
1/2 cup Sweet pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Preparation:

Boil pasta until al dente and place in a bowl.
Add peas, lime juice, sweet pepper, onion, salt and pepper together with flaked tuna.
Add mayonnaise and stir. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 5. Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Where there is a will, there's got to be a way :D
