It does but I promise it's super tasty! lol You cut up a can of spam into chunks and you can either fry it up or throw it right in the bowl with noodles and tooooons of cheese!

Here are my tips:
- there is healthy cheap food available everywhere; if you think cheap=junk you have to open your eyes (and start reading);
- tuna salads are nutritious, protein-rich (this is for gym guys), and cheap;
- it's cheaper to cook a bigger amount of food and then store it than cooking every meal; I know it's less nutritious, but it's not necessarily junk;
- minced meat is a good way to access cheap meat, and it doesn't have to be all about cartilages or tendons;
- you can buy pizza dough and add whatever (ingredients=nutrients) you want, instead of buying frozen junk pizzas; the price is the same;
- Chinese and African people are really good with sauces; get them to help you; sauces are cheap and make the whole difference in spaghetti;
- middle-eastern and Thai food can be cheap but it's really really spicy; be careful with Mexican food as well;
- in a restaurant, soups have the best quantity/price ratio; at home, it doesn't;
