Hello,

I'm a first time mom. My 10-month old baby is just very picky when it comes to his food. He knows what he wants and not want. Once I gave him a food to eat he likes it today but next time I try to feed him that he doesn't like it anymore. It's so frustrating.

Anyone of you have a recipe easy to make that I can try for my baby?

Thank you. It will help a lot.

Hi! I too am a first time mom of a now 11 month old! They grow so fast :(
My daughter loves to eat, and she will eat most anything, but I find at this age that she prefers to feed herself, and anything from a spoon seems to be less appealing these days. Noodles with meat are a big hit for her. Try this!

Boil some egg noodles (No Yolks are pretty cheap and come in large bags. My husband likes them too so I can usually make it as a meal for all of us.) Then drain and add butter or olive oil.
In a separate pan, brown ground beef, then drain.
Return the beef to the pan and add fresh or frozen broccoli, and cook until it is tender.
Combine the beef, broccoli, and noodles and mix well.
At this point you can add your favorite canned alfredo sauce, or just add some sour cream, parmesan, and milk, and mix over low heat until well combined and thick.

I usually cut the noodles in half, cut the meat and broccoli into very small bits, and put them on her tray. I like to hand her a baby fork, in case she wants to give that a try; but she typically just enjoys using her hands :)

This ALWAYS works for her. Hope it works for your little guy!

Try fruits and vegetables.
Maybe mashed potatoes would be good.

My 16-month old does this too; one day she's voraciously eating yoghurt, and we stock up in excitement, the next day she's avoiding yoghurt like a plague :roll2:
I guess they want variety, so I'm here also looking out for recipe suggestions.
